Email has become the preferred method of transmitting information
that is on a computer. However, what if the information is paper

Our multifunctional solutions allow you to scan documents directly
to an email address. Simply walk up to the multifunction system,
put your document in the feeder and type in the email address you
want to send the document to. It’s as easy as making a copy!
Your information is delivered instantly to email addresses as either
an Adobe Acrobat (pdf) or TIFF file. Both of these formats can be
opened on any computer.
In addition, your multifunction system can have it’s own
email address. This allows it to communicate with other similarly
equipped systems. This rapidly emerging technology, known as internet
faxing, allows you to send an email to another internet fax equipped
machine and have it print out. It is just like sending a fax, except
it uses email and no long distance charges are incurred.
