DocForm simply and easily accepts your current host system’s existing print or data stream and dynamically reformats the data into compelling and powerful documents, forms, and reports.

Customized form overlays, easily and quickly designed with DocForm, are applied to the data as it is received. The document/form can then be printed either automatically or manually on any printing device. It can also be sent out via fax or e-mail.

The plug-and-play design of DocForm allows easy configuration and installation. Save time and reduce cost by using the document designer environment with its user-friendly and intuitive interface.

DocForm, low cost and powerful, is available in both a Standard and a more robust Professional version.

Easy to Design Customized Documents and Forms

DocForm has an intuitive, easy-to-use drag-and-drop interface that allows for the quick design of professional business documents, forms, and reports that improve communications with your customers, partners, and employees.

Easily and quickly give your documents the look and feel you want by changing fonts, colors, and drawing elements. Add graphics, logos, and data from outside applications and databases for even more appeal. Then review and proof your merged documents onscreen prior to printing.

Both local and remote personnel can easily and quickly design documents and forms. Your remote personnel have the same design power of DocForm by utilizing the very low cost DocForm Designer module. This module allows any remote personnel to design their own document or form and submit it for printing or distribution by the DocForm server.
